1. Who is responsible

Emporfy OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 16099451, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For anything about your data, write to contact@emporfy.com.

2. The short version

• This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• It uses no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts.
• The only personal data we receive is what our host logs to deliver the pages, and what you write to us.

3. Visiting this site

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google. To deliver the pages and protect the service, Google processes the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the time, the address requested, and your browser's identification (user agent). We do not use this data to identify you, combine it with other data or build profiles.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Its network serves pages from locations worldwide, so the data may be processed outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and what you send to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a contract or a request before one, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the conversation as long as needed for your request, and business correspondence as long as Estonian law requires us to keep it (up to seven years).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@emporfy.com.
